SN Inclusion (www.sninclusion.org) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to increasing neurodiversity in the workplace whose mission is to tap into the unique passions, strengths, and abilities of neurodivergent individuals. The organization provides career-technical education to neurodivergent individuals to prepare them for the workforce. SN Inclusion has 13+ chapters across the United States and overseas in China and Hong Kong and has been featured on the Silicon Valley Voice, Social Entrepreneur podcast, Tri-City Voice, and Autism Spectrum News.
SN Inclusion has partnered with local businesses Friends Coffee and Tea (www.friendscoffeetea.com) and Turtleworks embroidery (https://www.turtleworks.com/). The organization’s advisors include Dr. Linda Lotspeich, a clinical professor, emerita and child psychiatrist at Stanford University, and Dr. Jocelyn Pan, a licensed clinical psychologist and the director of Appletree Psychological Services.
We offer career-technical education courses designed for neurodivergent individuals. These courses are designed to prepare you these individuals for their selected career pathways and include interactive videos, quizzes, infographics, activities, certifications, and more. Courses include recorded video lectures, auto-graded and peer-reviewed assignments, and community discussion forums. Khan Academy
Khan Academy offers practice exercises, instructional videos, and a personalized learning dashboard that empower learners to study at their own pace in and outside of the classroom. We tackle math, science, computer programming, history, art history, economics, and more. Our math missions guide learners from kindergarten to calculus using state-of-the-art, adaptive technology that identifies strengths and learning gaps. We've also partnered with institutions like NASA, The Museum of Modern Art, The California Academy of Sciences, and MIT to offer specialized content.

The Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills (PEERS®) was originally developed at UCLA by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson, Founder and Director of the UCLA PEERS® Clinic, and Dr. Fred Frankel in 2005 and has expanded to locations across the United States and the world. PEERS® is a manualized, social skills training intervention for youth with social challenges. It has a strong evidence-base for use with adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, but is also appropriate for preschoolers, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other socioemotional problems.
